Chef Steve Redzikowski // Acorn

Back in January I got a call to shoot an awesome chef at an awesome restaurant, which was super exciting. I always like projects where my subjects are as passionate about what they do as I am about photography and Chefs always kill it. It’s even better when it’s for one of those dream publications that you look up to since before you started your career, something like the Wall Street Journal. They were running a story about a few chefs who were using interesting grain choices for food and Acorn’s own Steve Redzikowski was on the top of their list for his Faro Salad.
